All Accounts on vip100 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals are calculated and displayed in IDR. The Company does not accept or convert foreign currencies at account level.
In order to process withdrawals and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, vip100 requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal request is approved. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 5x to 30x the bonus amount on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting), and expiry period will be stated clearly on each promotion page.
vip100 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, coordinated wagering strategies designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds, irregular betting patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play, and collusion between Players. Where bonus abuse is detected, vip100 reserves the right to void all bonus-related winnings, close associated Accounts, and permanently ban offending Players from the Platform.
Bonus Funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be automatically removed from the Player Wallet. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

vip100 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay arises from a Force Majeure event. This includes internet infrastructure failures, telecommunications outages, government actions, natural disasters, or any other event outside the Company's reasonable control.

vip100 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the security of other Players.

Upon receipt of your closure request, vip100 will process any eligible real-money balance for withdrawal to your verified payment method within 5 to 10 business days, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification status. Bonus Funds remaining in your Wallet at the time of Account closure will be forfeited.
Upon termination — whether initiated by the Company or the Player — all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 10, 11, and 14) will remain in full force and effect.
